Job summary

Amazon Pharmacy is seeking a Regulatory Risk Manager to drive audit readiness and safeguard our compliance posture. You will own accreditation relationships, interpret evolving standards, and mentor team members in a fast-paced environment.

This role partners with Compliance, Legal, Pharmacy Operations, and Learning to integrate accreditation-defined best practices into policies and procedures, supporting scalable growth and ongoing regulatory success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years of equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of healthcare compliance, accreditation, or regulatory auditing.
• Active and unrestricted pharmacy technician license or ability to obtain within 1 year.
• Experience in compliance, auditing, quality assurance, or regulatory affairs.
• Strong analytical, attention to detail, and communication skills; mentoring others.

Responsibilities

• Act as liaison between Amazon Pharmacy and Accreditation Agencies, Consultants, and Vendors.
• Own completion of accreditation audits including evidence compilation, policy submission, and onsite reviews.
• Monitor operations to ensure compliance with accreditation standards.
• Manage lifecycle of corrective actions and coordinate cross-functional teams to address findings.
• Collaborate to keep policies and training current with evolving accreditation standards.
• Develop and deliver communications to leadership on requirements, changes, and impact.
• Assist in audits and site inspections with documentation and analysis as needed.
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes and implement scalable solutions.
• Perform other duties as assigned by leadership.
