Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree, or 4+ years of equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of healthcare compliance, accreditation, or regulatory auditing experience.
• Experience in guiding, training and mentoring others.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Act as intermediary between Amazon Pharmacy and external partners (Accreditation Agencies, Consultants, Vendors).
• Own completion of accreditation audits including evidence compilation, policy submission, and onsite facilitation.
• Monitor operations to ensure compliance with accreditation standards.
• Manage lifecycle of corrective actions with cross-functional teams to address deficiencies.
• Collaborate with internal partners to keep policies and training up to date with accrediting standards.
• Deliver clear communications to leadership on accreditation requirements and changes.
• Prepare documentation for audits and site inspections.
• Identify opportunities to streamline accreditation processes and implement scalable solutions.
