University Health is seeking a Pharmacy Manager for Safety and Quality Programs to lead and coordinate quality, safety, and regulatory compliance across its pharmacy services. This role directs a team of pharmacists and technicians, ensuring readiness for accreditation and regulatory surveys while driving programmatic improvements.

Formación

• A Pharm.D. degree or Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from an ACPE-accredited School of Pharmacy required.
• Five years of experience as a pharmacist is required.
• Demonstrated leadership and project management skills with the ability to effectively supervise and lead teams.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee, plan, and manage pharmacy quality, safety, and regulatory compliance programs across the health system.
• Lead a team of pharmacists and technicians to execute quality initiatives and workflows.
• Ensure ongoing readiness for accreditation and regulatory surveys; serve as SME for quality, safety, and compliance initiatives.
• Act as an integrator across operational, informatics, automation, and program areas to align work.
