Job summary

WellDyne is seeking a senior Advisor Designated Pharmacy Program professional to lead daily pharmacy operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and oversee quality and patient safety initiatives. The role involves coordinating with operations, analytics, compliance, and IT to uphold program performance and efficiency.

The ideal candidate holds a PharmD or equivalent with an active license and at least five years of pharmacy operations experience.

Qualifications

PharmD or equivalent with active license.
5+ years in pharmacy operations.
Knowledge of pharmacovigilance and adverse event intake.
Strong communication with stakeholders across departments.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, regulated environment.
Demonstrated leadership for high-priority events.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily dispensing operations and workflow management.
Develop and maintain pharmacy policies, procedures, and training materials.
Support staff through hiring, onboarding, coaching, and performance management.
Monitor and improve operational performance, service levels, and quality metrics.
Support implementation of designated programs, technologies, and client solutions.
Maintain relationships with regulators, vendors, clients, and leadership stakeholders.
Lead pharmacovigilance, adverse event intake, documentation, and reporting.
