Job summary

FFF Enterprises seeks a Pharmacy Purchasing Coordinator for our Flower Mound, TX location. The role oversees procurement, receipt, and inventory control of medications, supplies, and DME, reporting to the Pharmacy Purchasing Manager and a supervising pharmacist.

Responsibilities include maintaining adequate stock, optimizing par levels, processing invoices, managing returns/recalls, and leading inventories. Requires a high school diploma and pharmacy purchasing experience; CPhT preferred.

Qualifications

• Two years of pharmacy purchasing experience, preferably in hospital/home health/infusion.
• Certification as a Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) preferred, unless required by state requirements.
• Knowledge of pharmacy terminology, general dispensing requirements, and applicable regulations (HIPAA).
• Intermediate understanding of Joint Commission and URAC requirements and standards.

Responsibilities

• Ensure adequate inventory of medications, supplies, and DME.
• Optimize inventory par levels to prevent stockouts and waste.
• Process invoices for payment promptly according to policy.
• Manage returns and recalls with vendors and patients.
• Lead mid-year and annual pharmacy inventories.
