Job summary

Walmart Inc. in Carrollton, TX is seeking a Manager, Production Training to lead all production training efforts at the Central Fulfillment Center.

This role partners with a global vendor to launch training for Pharmacists and Pharmacy Technicians and to set the standard for ongoing learning within the site. You will manage training records, champion process improvements, and inspire a small team of 4–5 associates.

Qualifications

• Currently a pharmacy technician or experience working as a pharmacy technician, AND experience training, facilitating learning, or related experience.
• Experience in a manufacturing or related environment.
• Meets state requirements to work as a Pharmacy Technician, such as minimum age, qualification, registration, certification, and/or licensure when required by the State Board of Pharmacy.

Responsibilities

• In partnership with our global vendor, you will manage the initial training for all Pharmacists and Pharmacy Technicians on core Central Fulfillment operations at our Carrollton site.
• Manage training records on Standard Operating Procedures for all associates.
• Provide expertise on core training process enhancements.
