Job summary

Qualifications

• 1 year’s experience in a pharmacy environment OR 1 year’s experience training other associates/employees.
• Meets state requirements to work as a Pharmacy Technician, if required by the State Board of Pharmacy.
• Must obtain national certification (PTCB/ExCPT or NHA) within one year of entry.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and facilitate certification courses for associates (e.g., Pharmacy Technician University).
• Train associates on machinery operation and proper procedures; provide feedback and follow-up.
