Job summary

Walmart Inc. in Carrollton, TX is seeking a Manager, Production Training to lead all production training efforts at the Central Fulfillment Center.

This role partners with a global vendor to launch training for Pharmacists and Pharmacy Technicians and to set the standard for ongoing learning within the site. You will manage training records, champion process improvements, and inspire a small team of 4–5 associates.

Qualifications

• Currently a pharmacy technician or experience working as a pharmacy technician, AND experience training, facilitating learning, or related experience.
• Experience in a manufacturing or related environment.
• Meets state requirements to work as a Pharmacy Technician, such as minimum age, qualification, registration, certification, and/or licensure when required by the State Board of Pharmacy.

As a member of the leadership team onsite, we are looking for someone who can transform long-term strategies into action and can lead others with a servant leadership attitude.

About the team:

• This is a supervisory position and will have a team of 4-5 associates. You will report directly to the Home Office but have peers in similar positions at four other locations.

What you'll do:

• In partnership with our global vendor, you will manage the initial training for all Pharmacists and Pharmacy Technicians on core Central Fulfillment operations at our Carrollton site.
• Manage training records on Standard Operating Procedures for all associates.
• Provide expertise on core training process enhancements.

The annual salary range for this position is $50,000.00-$100,000.00.

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
