Job summary

SelectRx, a division of SelectQuote, seeks a Supervisor Production Floor to assist the Pharmacy Manager in Pennsylvania. You will supervise staff, manage workload, and help drive quality improvements in a fast-paced production environment.

The role requires experience in clinical manufacturing, strong leadership, and familiarity with pharmacy software. A related bachelor’s degree or equivalent and Six Sigma exposure are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
• 2+ years’ experience working in clinical manufacturing preferred.
• 3+ years leading fast paced, metric driven teams.
• Familiarity with Six Sigma principles; Green/Yellow Belt preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise departmental personnel including orientation, training, and monitoring.
• Determine workload, delegate assignments, and scheduling.
• Evaluate performance with Pharmacy Manager; support corrective actions.
• Support quality improvement processes and adherence to policies.
• Assist in interviewing and evaluating candidates; contribute to hiring decisions.
