Job summary

SelectQuote Insurance Services seeks a Supervisor Production Floor for the SelectRx division at our Monaca facility. This role supports the Pharmacy Manager and Supervisors, coordinating production staff, scheduling, and quality initiatives on the production floor.

Responsibilities include staffing, training, evaluating performance, ensuring regulatory compliance, and implementing process improvements while maintaining medication handling standards and patient safety across shifts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 2+ years in clinical manufacturing preferred.
• 3+ years leading fast paced, metric driven teams.
• Familiarity with Six Sigma principles.
• Six Sigma Green or Yellow Belt preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervises departmental personnel including orientation, training, monitoring.
• Determines workload, delegates assignments, and schedules.
• Evaluates performance with Pharmacy manager; supports corrective actions.
• Participates in screening, interviewing and evaluating associates; assists in hiring decisions.
• Ensures compliance with Federal, State, Local, and business regulations; enforces pharmacy laws.
• Maintains proper storage of medications, especially cold items, on the production floor.
• Assists in process improvements and adherence to SelectRx policies and procedures.
