Job summary

SelectRX at SelectQuote Insurance seeks a Pharmacy Fulfillment Technician to process patient registrations, manage prescription requests, and resolve third-party rejects on a fast-paced production floor. Key duties include data entry in Pioneer, operating automated sorting equipment, and maintaining accuracy under HIPAA guidelines.

Ideal candidates have 1 year in retail pharmacy fulfillment or call centers, and hold a Pharmacy Technician Certification or PA license.

Qualifications

• 1 year experience in retail pharmacy fulfillment or call center environment preferred.
• HIPAA-compliant handling of patient information and prescription requests.
• Ability to troubleshoot missing prescription information and interpret SIG codes.

Responsibilities

• Register new patients by entering data into Pioneer.
• Process prescription requests and refills per HIPAA guidelines.
• Resolve third-party rejects by reviewing information and resubmitting.
• Run automated machinery to pre-sort and package medications.
• Support pharmacists by identifying and communicating issues.
