SelectRx, a SelectQuote subsidiary, seeks a Pharmacy Fulfillment Technician to enter patient and prescription data, process refills, and support pharmacists in a fast-paced, HIPAA-compliant environment. You will operate Pioneer-based systems, troubleshoot data gaps, and assist with sorting and packaging medications on a production floor.

Ideal candidates have 1 year of retail pharmacy fulfillment or call center experience and a Pennsylvania license or trainee license; base wages range from

Competenze

• Basic level PC skills: start/shut down computer, use mouse, switch programs, save/print files, access information online, type.
• Interpersonal communication and organizational skills required; English reading/writing/speaking proficiency.
• 1 year experience in retail pharmacy fulfillment or call center environment as a Pharmacy Technician preferred.

Mansioni

• Process new patient registrations in Pioneer system.
• Enter refill orders; respond to prescription requests per HIPAA guidelines.
• Resolve data-entry exceptions and troubleshoot missing information.
• Run automated machinery to sort medications and manage inventory workflow.
• Count, fill, label, package, and ship prescriptions; maintain clean work area.
