Job summary

WTW in Arlington, VA is hiring a Pharmacy Pricing Senior Analyst to join the FAA team and collaborate with the Pharmacy Practice on designing, financing, and managing pharmacy benefit programs. You’ll work on complex analyses, vendor comparisons, pricing guarantees, and RFP responses while developing financial models and client deliverables with a hybrid work approach.

The base salary ranges from $75,000 to $85,000 USD annually, with an annual incentive; a comprehensive benefits program supports

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a quantitative field.
• Experience in pharmacy pricing or valuation preferred.
• Strong communication and Excel/PowerPoint skills.
• Self-starter with client service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Partner with consultants to perform financial analyses and pricing models.
• Develop client analyses and review pharmacy contracts.
• Analyze and negotiate vendor products and pricing guarantees.
• Design, distribute and evaluate responses to RFPs.
• Serve as project manager and ensure timely delivery.
• Support with development of new financial models and tools.
