Willis Towers Watson's FAA team seeks a Pharmacy Pricing Senior Analyst to contribute to design, financing and management of pharmacy benefit programs. You will analyze data, build financial models and present results to clients, developing pricing insights in a collaborative environment.
You will work with leading consultants on diverse projects, growing your pharmacy and health benefits financial acumen while delivering high-quality client deliverables and supporting RFP responses.
The Pricing Senior Analyst works within the Financial, Actuarial and Analytics (FAA) team and closely with the Pharmacy Practice within Health and Benefits. As a Pharmacy Pricing Senior Analyst you will contribute to a wide variety of complex projects involving design, financing and ongoing management of pharmacy benefit programs. This is a foundational role that provides excellent opportunities to grow your pharmacy and broader health and benefits financial acumen and client management skills by working on cutting edge projects alongside leaders in the industry.
As a Pricing Senior Analyst specializing in pharmacy, you will work beside some of the industry's top consultants while you progress toward becoming a thought leader of the future.
You will have immediate exposure to real client assignments which will draw on your imagination and creativity as well as your ability to analyze data, draw conclusions and internally present results. These experiences will help build your technical knowledge and overall industry expertise.

Base salary range and benefits information for this position are being included in accordance with requirements of various state/local pay transparency legislation. Please note that salaries may vary for different individuals in the same role based on several factors, including but not limited to location of the role, individual competencies, education/professional certifications, qualifications/experience, performance in the role and potential for revenue generation (Producer roles only).
The base salary compensation range being offered for this role is $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 USD annually.
This role is also eligible for an annual short-term incentive bonus.
