Job summary

Medica seeks a Senior Pharmacy Strategy & Operations Project Lead to shape the future of its pharmacy business. You will lead enterprise-wide initiatives, partnering with pharmacy and business leaders to solve complex challenges and deliver measurable outcomes across clinical, compliance, product, technology, operations and vendor organizations.

This is an Office role based on onsite work at our Minnetonka, MN office, with significant autonomy to drive proposals from concept through execution

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 7+ years of relevant professional experience leading complex, cross-functional projects or business initiatives from planning through implementation.
• Experience collaborating with and influencing stakeholders across multiple business functions and organizational levels in a regulated healthcare environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex, cross-functional project initiatives and manage dependencies across departments.
• Influence stakeholders and communicate risks, progress, and recommendations to senior leadership.
• Govern project management practices and enforce standards for complex project execution.
• Guide decision-making and risk management for enterprise-level projects.
• Advance project management maturity by mentoring others and improving processes.
