**Details**

+ Department: ACC Consumer Support

+ Schedule: 8:00am-5:00pm Central Time

+ Location: Remote (must be able to work CST hours)

**Responsibilities**

  • Answer pharmacy questions and assist in a call center environment.
  • Communicate with patients, participants, and staff to schedule prescribed procedures.
  • Gather and enter demographic, insurance, and clinical information into the database.
  • Resolve issues regarding procedure type, date, or location.
  • Schedule procedures efficiently, coordinating schedules and resources.
  • Assist with insurance pre-certification/authorization activities.
  • Provide counseling to patients or their representatives regarding pre-service requirements and instructions.

**Requirements**

  • High School diploma or equivalency OR 1 year of relevant experience.
  • Professional licensure/certification can substitute for education or experience if applicable.

**Additional Preferences**

  • Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) – Strongly Preferred
  • Texas Pharmacy Technician License – Strongly Preferred
  • Pharmacy experience
  • Living in Central Standard Time zone
