Overview

The Customer Integration Specialist I works under the guidance of a team lead, collaborating with management to ensure data integrity, consistency, and reliability. This role involves maintaining customer information systems and supporting onboarding processes to improve customer profitability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Validate and gather data for New Account Packets.
  • Perform customer account loads in Star/SAP based on documentation.
  • Collaborate with customers or sales reps on retail pricing and item blocking strategies.
  • Develop and deliver customer-specific pricing reports.
  • Troubleshoot REMS program setups for regulated products.
  • Manage customer licensing compliance and ensure CSRA Due Diligence.
  • Optimize gross profit using pricing tools.
  • Define and load regional customer setups and support contract department processes.
  • Maintain and troubleshoot customer data accuracy across systems.
  • Coordinate product launches and pricing with supply chain teams.
  • Resolve customer account issues and assist regional stakeholders.
  • Manage customer profiles, contracts, pricing, and compliance documentation.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Experience with SAP Customer Master Data
  • Knowledge of Salesforce and medical onboarding processes
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and troubleshoot independently
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Understanding of licensing requirements (DEA, state regulations)
