Description
Under the general direction of the Lead, the Customer Integration Specialist I works directly with the divisional and regional management teams to ensure data integrity, consistency, and reliability across the region. This critical role manages all regional customer data on the company's IT systems, contributing to customer profitability.
PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Validate and process data for New Account Packets based on necessity.
- Perform customer loads in Star/SAP using New Account Packets or spreadsheets.
- Collaborate with customers or sales reps on Retail Pricing strategies and decide on implementation based on timing and profit margins.
- Coordinate with customers, sales reps, or category managers on Item Blocking strategies and implementation.
- Develop and generate customer-specific pricing reports.
- Troubleshoot REMS programs, including data setup for products like Isotretinoin, Clozaril, Clozapine, and Fentanyl, and communicate findings to customers.
- Manage troubleshooting of Item Qualifier programs based on definitions and customer eligibility.
- Ensure regulatory compliance for licensing, including DEA, State Boards, and Medical Devices, addressing discrepancies appropriately.
- Maintain customer setup compliance with the CSRA Due Diligence Process.
- Utilize various pricing options to maximize gross profit.
- Define and load regional customer setup processes, ensuring accuracy of details like chain ID, owner ID, and relationships.
- Collaborate with the contract department for accurate customer setup.
- Implement audit processes for customer profile information and generate key reports.
- Perform daily data maintenance and troubleshooting across systems.
- Follow approval processes for critical business fields and document changes for compliance.
- Coordinate with the NRC and Supply Chain for new product launches and pricing.
- Investigate customer issues and provide resolutions.
- Support regional teams with problem resolution and workload management.
- Interact across organizational levels for various requests and support.
- Own the customer file and components, including contracts, routing, and compliance.
- Verify proper authorization for account maintenance and compliance requests.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Minimum Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities:
- Experience with SAP Customer Master Data
- Professional communication and customer interaction skills
- Strong analytical and data auditing skills
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
- Effective verbal and written communication
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word
- Knowledge of contracts, DEA, and state licensing
- Ability to work independently and efficiently
