Patient Access Representative

The Patient Access Representative is a vital member of the Centralized Operations Team, working within a multidisciplinary group of licensed and unlicensed staff supporting Upward Health’s patients. This remote role involves managing a high volume of inbound and outbound calls efficiently, addressing patient needs, complaints, and inquiries, with a focus on customer/patient satisfaction.
The ideal candidate has call center and medical appointment scheduling experience in fast-paced provider settings. Responsibilities include appointment scheduling, call triaging, and outbound follow-ups with patients.
