Job summary

Swoop is seeking a Client Partner for NimbleRx pharmacy partners to own post-launch success through strong relationship management, product fluency, and data-driven account management.

You will train partners, advise on NimbleRx workflows and integrations, analyze performance, and collaborate with Support, Product, and Engineering to drive adoption and revenue. Hybrid role in Irvine, CA.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in account management or customer success or related fields.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Train and manage a book of NimbleRx pharmacy partners and drive revenue.
• Serve as product and technical advisor on workflows and integrations.
• Analyze partner performance data and translate insights into actions.
• Manage escalations and collaborate with Support, Product, and Engineering.
• Develop durable relationships with pharmacy owners and staff.
