Job summary

You will assist with patient registration, data entry, medication prep, and participate in training and performance management of the pharmacy team, while adhering to company policies and state/federal regulations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• PTCB certification required (except in Puerto Rico).
• At least 1 year of experience as a pharmacy technician in retail or hospital setting preferred.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.

Responsibilities

• Perform day-to-day non-clinical pharmacy operations under pharmacist supervision.
• Operate pharmacy systems to obtain patient and drug information and process prescriptions.
• Lead and coach pharmacy technicians; manage performance and scheduling.
