Foundation Health is seeking a Pharmacy Operations Specialist (PharmD) to support health system customers through the entire lifecycle of our AI-powered platform, from kickoff to go-live and ongoing adoption. Qualifications
- PharmD required and licensed to practice.
- 3–5+ years in health system pharmacy infusion operations.
- Experience with Epic or Cerner EHRs.
- Proven ability to engage credibly with pharmacy leaders (Chief Pharmacy Officers, VPs/Directors).
- Experience owning and nurturing customer relationships including business reviews and renewal support.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Clear, professional communicator in writing and meetings.
- Proactive ownership mindset in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead implementation support from contract signature through go-live and stabilization.
- Facilitate discovery sessions to understand workflows and translate into an implementation plan.
- Configure and validate the platform against customer workflows and protocols.
- Train pharmacists and technicians for go-live.
- Engage in onsite/virtual customer interactions and create onboarding materials.
- Partner with CS to maximize adoption and identify expansion opportunities.
- Serve as voice of the customer to inform product roadmap.
