The position emphasizes end-to-end vendor management, regulatory compliance, and data-driven P&L oversight to sustain scalable growth in a fast-moving telehealth pharmacy environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in pharmacy operations, healthcare supply chain, or related function; Senior Manager/Director level preferred.
• PharmD credential with clinical credibility and operational depth.

Responsibilities

• Own the pharmacy vendor portfolio across primary, backup, regional, and specialty partners.
• Design and maintain vendor scorecards; lead QBRs against SLAs for speed, accuracy, fill rate and cost.
• Lead pharmacy RFPs, contract renewals, and onboarding of new partners; ensure compliance.
• Oversee end-to-end member shipment experience, define promises and measure adherence.
• Develop pharmacy cost models; track actuals vs budget; lead pricing benchmarking.
• Collaborate with clinical ops and product on formulary updates and pipeline integration.
