Job summary

Lehigh Valley Health Network is seeking a Pharmacy Technician - Operations Coordinator to manage daily pharmacy operations and lead a team of technicians and interns. You will oversee payroll, scheduling, and floor inspections while supporting leadership with process improvements.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• 1 year pharmacy or supervisory experience required.
• Knowledge of pharmaceutical terminology and calculations.

Develops, recommends, and executes process improvement initiatives. Coordinates annual flu campaign, scheduling, payroll adjustments, attendance tracking, and training.Job DutiesFills medication orders from computer generated labels.Assists with the daily operations of the pharmacy. Collaborates with Pharmacy Systems Technician.Provides oversight of API and payroll.
