Responsibilities

• Coordinates activity of pharmacy technicians, interns, and various operations of the pharmacy department.
• Develops, recommends, and executes process improvement initiatives.
• Coordinates annual flu campaign, scheduling, payroll adjustments, attendance tracking, and training.
• Oversees API and payroll.
• Plans flu procurement, storage, and return process for flu season.
• Maintains nursing unit, clinic, and event floor stock.
