Job summary

Lehigh Valley Health Network is seeking a Pharmacy Manager to supervise the Pharmacy staff and ensure efficient staffing and productivity. You will coordinate performance evaluations, QA activities, and serve as liaison with leadership and other disciplines.

This role requires directing staffing, budgeting input, and maintaining departmental operations to support high-quality patient care in a hospital setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree Accredited College of Pharmacy.
• 3 years hospital pharmacy and pharmacist experience.
• Licensed pharmacist (RP) in Pennsylvania; able to direct staff and address scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Supervises the activities of the Pharmacy staff.
• Collaborates to monitor, maintain, and improve department efficiency.
• Assumes staffing responsibilities to ensure smooth operation of the pharmacy.
• Manages the specialized functions of the assigned areas.
• Leads budget and expense management, training, hiring and discipline.
• Develops schedules, conducts evaluations, and oversees performance reviews.
