Job summary

CoxHealth is seeking a Pharmacy Operations Supervisor to oversee daily pharmacy department operations, coordinate staff and ensure regulatory compliance. You will drive workflow efficiency and uphold customer service standards while participating in budgeting and performance planning for the team.

Experience in pharmacy supervision and knowledge of Missouri Board of Pharmacy requirements are essential, with possible PIC responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Pharmacy degree required and Missouri licensure (or eligibility) within 30 days of hire.
• ASHP-accredited PGY1 or PGY2 residency preferred for advancement.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the pharmacy department.
• Manage staff, ensure regulatory compliance, and optimize workflow.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and budget adherence.
• May function as Pharmacist-In-Charge (PIC) with Missouri Board of Pharmacy.
