• Develop and enforce departmental policies to maintain high-quality health care services; monitor policy compliance.
• Maintain records and statistics; support accurate pharmacy billing and charge capture processes.
• Monitor staff performance and ensure proper handling of controlled substances.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
