The position requires a Missouri Pharmacy Technician license, strong leadership, and hands-on experience in a dispensing environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Missouri State Pharmacy Technician license required.
• 3+ years of pharmacy dispensing experience preferred.
• 1+ year leadership or team development experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint and email.
• Knowledge of dispensing pharmacy concepts and procedures.
• Experience troubleshooting problems in a pharmacy dispensing environment.
• Strong attention to detail and organization.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule and stand long shifts.
• Ability to adapt in a dynamic environment and make decisions.

Responsibilities

• Distribute workload and manage workflow for assigned area.
• Serve as first-line resource for questions/issues from team; coordinate with supervisor.
• Effectively manage productivity blockers and escalate as needed.
• Assist Supervisor in ensuring policies and SOPs are followed and goals met.
• Assist in developing, documenting and updating policies; train staff and cross-train.
• Other duties as assigned.
