Job summary

Fred Hutchinson Cancer Center in Seattle, WA, is hiring a Pharmacy Technician Supervisor to design and implement workflows and oversee daily pharmacy operations at the South Lake Union Campus.

The role requires five years of pharmacy practice, supervisory experience, and WA licensure; you’ll work with the VP, Chief Pharmacy Officer and managers to ensure compliance and efficiency. The position is full-time with occasional evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Five years of pharmacy practice experience, including supervisory duties.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to interact across the organization.
• Knowledge of pharmacy laws and federal and state regulations.
• Able to maintain patient confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement workflows for pharmacy operations.
• Manage day-to-day pharmacy workflows and coordinate with leadership.
• Supervise Lead Pharmacy Technician and staff; delegate tasks.
• Coordinate with other departments to resolve process issues.
• Lead daily huddles and track performance improvements.
