The Pharmacy Technician Supervisor will design, develop, and implement workflows for their area of operations. Position responsibilities include working with the VP and Chief Pharmacy Officer, managers, leads and staff in accordance with the pharmacy department's standard operating procedures and managing the daily pharmacy operations. The Supervisor is required to work independently in a highly efficient and organized manner to support the department and staff that reports directly to them.
This is a Full Time role working out of our South Lake Union Campus. While the role is primarily Monday through Friday from 8 to 5, it will include periodic evening and weekend shifts dependent on clinical need.
Pre Employment Drug Screening: As a condition of employment Fred Hutch conducts pre‑employment drug testing for this pharmacy role. All offers of employment in the pharmacy department are conditional on the applicant successfully completing and passing a drug test in accordance with the Fred Hutch policy.
The annual base salary range for this position is from $80,476.00 to $120,681.00, and pay offered will be based on experience and qualifications.
