Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Enter, review, and route prescription data per procedures.
• Prepare medication orders and materials; escalate discrepancies to a licensed professional.
• Keep organized work areas; follow inventory, packaging, and quality control processes.
• Answer routine questions professionally; refer complex concerns to a pharmacist.
• Coordinate with teams to resolve workflow issues and document actions.
• Protect member information; follow safety and privacy standards.
