Empower Pharmacy, a leading 503A/503B compounding facility, seeks a Pharmacy Technician, Dispensing to ensure accurate, compliant medication dispensing. This role operates in a fast-paced, highly regulated setting and leverages technology to improve workflows and reduce variability.

You will collaborate across teams to maintain quality and patient safety, with growth opportunities in a hyper-growth environment.

Qualifications

• Active Pharmacy Technician registration, licensure, or certification as required by applicable state regulations.
• High school diploma or equivalent required;Associate degree or healthcare-related training preferred.
• Previous experience in pharmacy operations, dispensing, production, fulfillment, or another detail-intensive regulated environment preferred.
• Proven ability to follow standardized processes, maintain documentation accuracy, and work effectively within quality and compliance expectations.
• Experience using technology to improve work quality and efficiency, including comfort with AI-enabled tools and digital workflows.

Responsabilités

• Verify prescriptions and labeling for accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Prepare and apply labels with correct dosing, expiration details, and traceability elements.
• Complete dispensing records in real time with precision for audit readiness.
