Nebraska Medicine is seeking a Pharmacy Business Operations Supervisor for our HUB Pharmacy in Omaha, NE. You will oversee revenue cycle operations, lead the operations team, and drive pharmacy contracting, purchasing, licensing, data analytics, and process improvements.

The role requires a strong background in Revenue Cycle Management, pharmacy operations, and leadership. You’ll collaborate with physicians, nurses, and hospital staff to support exceptional patient care and ensure compliance

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a healthcare or business field or equivalent experience.
  • Six years of pharmacy or healthcare-related experience.
  • Two years in pharmacy operations or revenue cycle responsibilities.
  • Licensed pharmacist technician in Nebraska within one year; nationally certified within two years.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee development, implementation, and evaluation of pharmacy operations.
  • Supervise staff hiring, orientation, training, and performance evaluations.
  • Promote department relations and continual quality improvement.
  • Drive pharmacy contracting, purchasing, revenue cycle management, analytics and reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and accreditation standards.
