Qualifications

• Strong, effective, and consistent oral and written communication is a vital requirement of the supervisor role.
• 3 years experience in a Revenue Cycle department may substitute for an associate degree.
• 2 years Hospital/Clinic Revenue Cycle Department experience, in addition to prior experience, may substitute for degree requirement.

Responsibilities

• Sets, oversees, adjusts, and ensures daily production of work is completed in a timely and accurate manner.
• Demonstrates financial acumen regarding metrics and sets goals for intradepartmental processes.
• Manages staff performance including hiring, training, assigning work, evaluating performance, and professional development plans.
• Optimizes workflow continuously and identifies opportunities for process improvement.
• Ensures compliance with laws, regulations, policies, procedures, and standards.
