Qualifications

• A degree in Pharmacy from an accredited College of Pharmacy.
• Current pharmacy licensure in the state of practice within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide managerial and programmatic direction for operation of Pharmacy Services.
• Develop budgets, standards of work performance and staff orientation/training.
• Ensure compliance with local, state and federal laws and regulatory standards.
• Lead and oversee procurement, storage, distribution and administration of medications.
• Promote inter-disciplinary collaboration and supervision of staff.
• Lead quality improvement initiatives for pharmacy services.
• Represent pharmacy on hospital committees and in professional forums.
