Responsibilities

• Manages the operation of the pharmacy department.
• Improves prescription numbers, pharmacy sales, profit, and image through accurate filling and courteous service.
• Reports prescription errors and adheres to the Quality Improvement Program.
• Maintains inventory for limited distribution drugs (LDD) with regular reporting.
• Ensures compliance with federal and state laws and Company policies.
• Oversees staffing, scheduling, and payroll budget within budgeting guidelines.
