Job summary

Qualifications

• Pharmacy degree and active licensure in the states within the district.
• Minimum 1 year of pharmacy experience including dispensing, recordkeeping and insurance billing.
• Certified Immunizer or willing to become one within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Counsel patients on usage, side effects, interactions and privacy, and refer to providers when needed.
• Perform compounding, drug therapy reviews, verification, and medication management.
• Accurately dispense medications and ensure compliance with regulations and policies.
• Oversee pharmacy operations, scheduling, roles, and shift changes for an efficient workflow.
• Support immunizations, diagnostic testing, and wellness services as part of patient care.
• Lead staff development, training, performance reviews, and engagement.
• Collaborate with management to expand pharmacy services and community outreach.
