Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist pharmacist in patient care activities including prescription data entry and verification where allowed by law.
• Support non-clinical pharmacy operations and ensure efficient workflow and customer experience.
• Train, coach, and manage pharmacy technicians; handle performance developments.
• Handle inventory management, reporting, and compliance with policies and regulatory requirements.
• Engage customers to provide services and resolve non-clinical inquiries.
