• Assist pharmacist in patient care including registration, prescription data entry, preparation of medications, counting, and verification where allowed by law.
• Assist with healthcare service offerings including vaccines and health screenings as allowed by law.
• Manage pharmacy workflow, delegate non-clinical tasks, and ensure on-time completion.
• Prepare and file reports and records required by company and government agencies.
• Maintain inventory and recordkeeping, ensure security safeguards are in place.
• Communicate prescription errors to the pharmacist and participate in quality improvement.
