Job summary

• Perform day-to-day non-clinical pharmacy operations and maintain efficient workflow.
• Operate pharmacy systems to obtain patient and drug information and process prescriptions under pharmacist supervision.
• Lead training and performance management of technicians and support staff.
• Assist pharmacist with patient care activities including registration and prescription data entry.
• Ensure accurate insurance processing and respond to customer inquiries to support a positive experience.
