Job summary

Walgreens is seeking a full-time certified pharmacy technician to support and supervise non-clinical pharmacy operations. You will engage with customers, assist in patient care activities, and help ensure efficient workflow under a pharmacist’s guidance.

The role requires PTCB certification (except in Puerto Rico), at least one year of retail or hospital experience, and excellent English communication. A flexible schedule is expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• PTCB certification required (except Puerto Rico).
• Minimum one year of pharmacy technician experience in retail or hospital setting.
• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day non-clinical pharmacy operations and administrative duties under pharmacist supervision.
• Assist in delivery of patient care including registration, data entry, medication preparation, and patient calls.
• Lead training, coaching, and performance management of pharmacy technicians and staff.
