Job summary

Walgreens is seeking a full-time certified pharmacy technician to support non-clinical pharmacy operations and patient services. Under pharmacist supervision, you will handle prescription data entry, patient communication, and daily workflow while contributing to inventory management and health screenings where allowed.

Requirements include a High School Diploma, PTCB certification, and at least 1 year of retail/hospital tech experience, plus fluent English and flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• PTCB certification (except in Puerto Rico) required.
• At least 1 year of experience as a pharmacy technician in retail or hospital setting.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Assist pharmacist in patient care: registration, data entry, medication prep, counting and verification where allowed by law.
• Support healthcare services offerings including vaccines and health screenings where permitted by law.
• Manage pharmacy workflow, scheduling, inventory, and records under pharmacist supervision.
