Job summary

Qualifications

• One year of work experience as a pharmacy technician in a retail or hospital setting.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English (except in Puerto Rico).
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Assist pharmacist in patient care activities and prescription processing.
• Operate pharmacy systems to obtain patient and drug information.
• Supervise non-clinical pharmacy tasks and maintain inventory.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve complaints.
• Participate in vaccines and health services where allowed by law.
