Qualifications

- Associate’s or Bachelor's degree in Healthcare/Business Admin/Supply Chain (or equivalent).
- Experience in pharmacy, healthcare, or medical insurance with regulatory understanding.
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and mentor a team of Insurance Verification and Patient Outreach Specialists.
- Coordinate workload distribution and productivity across teams.
- Drive hiring and onboarding processes to align with company standards.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and development plans.
- Address underperformance and escalate when needed.
