Kroger’s Fred Meyer pharmacy division seeks a licensed pharmacist to manage daily operations and lead a high-performing team. You will oversee budget, inventory, and patient care initiatives while ensuring compliance with all laws and corporate policies.

Responsibilities include staff scheduling, third-party management, and delivering excellent customer service, with opportunities to participate in public health programs and ongoing clinical services.

Formación

• Pharmacist with active licensure in the state of employment.
• 2+ years of related retail pharmacy experience or equivalent.
• Commitment to excellent customer service and confidentiality.
• Ability to read prescriptions and write routine reports.

Responsabilidades

• Perform all functions of a staff pharmacist and model leadership for the team.
• Develop, supervise and promote the store pharmacy sales plan and initiatives.
• Direct the pharmacy team to meet budgeted labor, volume, and inventory goals.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal laws and company policies.
• Monitor third-party profitability and handle insurance issues promptly.
• Schedule staff to control labor costs and maintain service levels.
• Maintain all required pharmacy records and comply with controlled substance procedures.
• Provide public health and disease state management services where applicable.
