Job summary

Fred Meyer, Inc. is seeking an experienced pharmacist to lead all aspects of the retail pharmacy practice in alignment with state and federal laws and corporate policies. You will manage budget, pricing, inventory, and staff training to maximize financial performance while delivering excellent customer service.

The role requires a PharmD or B.Pharm from a U.S. accredited school, 2+ years of retail pharmacy experience, and a valid license in good standing.

Qualifications

• Pharmacist licensed in the U.S. with a PharmD or B.Pharm degree.
• 2+ years of related retail pharmacy experience or equivalent.
• License in good standing and 21+ years of age.
• Proven leadership and customer service skills.
• Ability to read prescriptions and prepare routine reports.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of pharmacy practice within state and federal laws and corporate policies.
• Manage and maximize financial performance by monitoring budget, overtime, pricing and generic utilization.
• Provide staff training and development and supervise pharmacy team performance.
• Maintain inventory control and ensure accurate prescription processing and customer service.
