Job summary

Soliant is seeking a Director of Pharmacy in State College, PA, to oversee pharmacy operations with a focus on leadership, compliance, and customer care. The role offers a direct hire with an ASAP start and variable shifts, including 10–12, 11, or 12-hour schedules.

Responsibilities include driving engagement, ensuring accuracy and QA, expanding clinical programs like MTM/immunizations, and collaborating with the District Manager on inventory and profitability.

Qualifications

• PharmD or Bachelor of Pharmacy required.
• Active Pennsylvania Pharmacist License.
• Current Pennsylvania Immunization License.

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations and pharmacy teams to drive engagement and implement strategies.
• Ensure prescription accuracy and regulatory compliance through DUR and QA processes.
• Grow department profitability by implementing clinical programs like MTM and immunizations.
• Collaborate with District Manager to optimize inventory and stock levels.
• Set and monitor performance metrics to improve operational efficiency.
• Deliver excellent patient service and healthcare counseling.
• Supervise pharmacists and support staff, including training and coaching.
• Maintain pharmacy security and cleanliness, handle customer concerns.
