• PharmD or B.Pharm degree required.
• Active Pennsylvania Pharmacist License required.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with store operations to engage associates and communicate department goals.
• Ensure prescription accuracy and compliance with state and federal regulations through Drug Utilization Review and quality assurance.
• Drive business profitability and prescription growth by implementing clinical programs such as immunizations and MTM.
• Manage inventory by tracking sales and ordering pharmaceutical stock to meet customer demand.
• Supervise pharmacists, pharmacy associates, and support staff; conduct training and performance management.
• Maintain pharmacy security and cleanliness.
• Collaborate with physicians to resolve prescription-related issues and provide patient counseling.
