Job summary

Soliant is seeking a licensed Pharmacist for a full-time retail pharmacy position in Pennsylvania. The Staff Pharmacist will verify prescriptions, counsel patients, and support immunization programs.

The ideal candidate has PharmD or Bachelor of Pharmacy, active PA Pharmacist License and PA Immunization License, with 1+ years of pharmacist experience and strong leadership and communication skills; retail experience preferred. ASAP start with variable day/afternoon shifts.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Pharmacy degree (PharmD) required.
• Active Pennsylvania Pharmacist license required.
• Minimum 1+ years pharmacist experience required.

Responsibilities

• Verify prescriptions and complete final quality assurance.
• Provide patient counseling and excellent customer service.
• Administer immunizations and support clinical programs.
• Manage pharmacy inventory and daily operations.
• Supervise, train, and coach pharmacy staff.
• Address customer concerns and prescription-related issues.
• Collaborate with physicians and pharmacy leadership.
• Maintain compliance with state and federal pharmacy regulations.
